Gold Plus stores are located across the UAE in major shopping destinations. In Dubai, you can find us at Mall of the Emirates, Deira City Centre, IBN Battuta Mall, and Circle Mall. In Ajman, we are located at Ajman City Centre. In Abu Dhabi, you can visit us at Yas Mall, and in Ras Al Khaimah at Manar Mall.

Yes, all our diamond jewellery comes with an independent third-party certificate detailing the estimated carat weight, diamond shape, and whether the diamond is lab-grown or mined. Our gold jewellery is crafted as per international standards, ensuring trust, quality, and transparency.

Gold Plus provides free shipping on all UAE orders above AED 370 (USD 100). Orders are delivered securely and insured until they reach the customer.

Diamond jewellery may be exchanged once within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided it is in good condition. Exchanges for diamond jewellery can only be made against other diamond jewellery.

Gold jewellery and fixed-price articles may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, provided the price tag is intact and the items are not damaged. A deduction of making charges will apply to all gold jewellery exchanges, while fixed-price articles will be subject to a 30% deduction from the value of the item being exchanged.

Please note that 24K gold articles are not eligible for exchange.

Refund policy:

Refunds are applicable only on diamond jewellery and must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided a manufacturing defect is identified that cannot be repaired or replaced.

Please note that no refunds are offered on 18K, 21K, 22K, or 24K gold jewellery/articles, nor on fixed-price jewellery/articles.

For purchases made by credit card, refunds will be processed to the same credit card. It may take 7 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank’s processing time.

We offer complimentary resizing for diamond finger rings at the time of purchase. Resizing can be done to a larger size by a maximum of two units (e.g., an Indian size 13 can be increased to size 15). Any additional gold required will be charged to the customer, while any leftover gold will be returned. Resizing typically takes 3 to 7 working days.

Yes, every diamond piece from Gold Plus is accompanied by a certification from recognized gemological labs, assuring quality, authenticity, and transparency.

Exchange or refund of diamond jewellery will be accepted only for products purchased from Gold Plus Jewels and upon presentation of the original invoice. The jewellery must be in good condition, in its original packaging, and show no evidence of usage. Any accompanying items such as certificates, free gifts, or box contents provided at the time of purchase must also be returned. The process of exchange, refund, resizing, or repairing will take place after a verification process at our head office, which may take up to seven working days. Please note that mall management is not responsible for any exchange or refund claims; all such matters must be dealt with directly with Gold Plus Jewels. Furthermore, exchanges and refunds can only be processed within the same country where the purchase was originally made.
